  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
