Cheesy Chicken Fritters
Although using chicken breast in these cheesy chicken fritters seems odd, it actually works. These fritters are very tasty, juicy, and bursting with amazing flavors. These chicken patties are perfect for you if you enjoy simple chicken meals.

If you’re short on time, you can cook this dish straight away, but if you’re patient or want to make it ahead, chill the mixture for 2 hours or overnight and the results will be much more juicy and tasty.
That garlic aioli sauce is out of this world! It’s easy (just throw everything in a bowl and stir it with a spoon) and quick to put together. INGREDIENTS
Chicken Fritters:
2 large eggs
1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, (3 large)
1/3 c. mayonnaise
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, (1 1/3 c. shredded)
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons Extra light olive oil, to saute (or any high-heat cooking oil)
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Garlic Aioli Dip (Optional):
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
