Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients:
– 4 chicken thighs (with bones and skin)
– 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 3 tablespoons of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon each of garlic salt and paprika
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 pound baby potatoes (can halve)
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
