Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Chicken & Ribeye
Ingredients
: For the Chicken and Ribeye :
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 pound total)
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 6 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Parmesan Mashed Potatoes:
– 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
