- 4 cups low sodium beef broth vegetable broth, or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 large carrots peeled and chopped
- 4-5 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 15 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
