Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
Ingredients
- 6 medium beef blade steaks*
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme minced
- 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbs fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
