These crispy, cheesy vegan bites are packed with nutrients and make a delicious, healthy snack or appetizer. They’re easy to prepare and perfect for meal prep or sharing with friends and family!

  • 1 cup vegan shredded cheese (such as Daiya or Follow Your Heart)
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (for a cheesy flavor)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (or regular flour if gluten isn’t a concern)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons water (flax egg substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric (for color and added health benefits)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
