1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the filling:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tbsp lemon zest

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

2 large eggs

2 tbsp all-purpose flour
