Plain yogurt: ¼ cup (60 g)

Water: ⅔ cup (160 ml)

Fresh yeast: 1 tsp. (3 g) or dry yeast: ½ tsp. (2 g)

Sugar: A pinch to activate the yeast

Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp.

Bread flour: 2 ½ cups (320 g)

Sesame seeds (or any seeds you like): Optional for topping

Salt: 1 tsp. (6 g)
