Funnel Cake

 

Arnival into your own kitchen with my funnel cake recipe. My easy recipe can be made in just 15 minutes on the stove–no funnel or deep fryer required!

Ingredients:

8 cups vegetable oil for frying

1 ½ cups milk

2 large eggs

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
