First, preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C). Next, crack the eggs into a large bowl and add a pinch of salt. Then, pour in the milk and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
After that, grease a pan with butter if you’re not using a silicone mold. Pour the mixture into the pan. If using a silicone mold, place it inside a larger glass dish filled with water to create a water bath.
Then, bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the flan is set and lightly golden. Finally, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly.
